Driving Lesson Payments:
You can pay for driving lessons hourly or use one of our offers currently being advertised, any previous offers not being advertised will not be available and denied on request. Payments for lessons can be made as follows.
-Credit or debit card online through PayPal for certain offers can be made at www.ts-drivingschool.co.uk
-Cash or bank transfer to your driving instructor (Bank details will be provided on request)
TS Driving school only accepts payments for lessons in advance. We will not give tuition for a verbal or written request of lessons being paid for after they are completed.
You agree that monies paid in advance by you or on your behalf for driving lessons to be provided in the future will be paid to TS Driving School.
Booking Driving Lessons:
A suitable date and time for any driving lesson conducted will need to be previously agreed upon between you and your driving instructor. Driving lessons will need to be conducted on an agreed date and time and within your driving instructors availability and working hours. Your driving instructor reserves the right to cancel or rearrange any driving lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. There will be no charge to you for any driving lessons cancelled by your driving instructor.
You must give at least 24 hours notice to your driving instructor if you wish to cancel or rearrange a booked driving lesson. This is to allow your driving instructor time to arrange for a replacement driving lesson that covers any potential losses. Failure to give at least 24 hour notice may result in your driving instructor charging you in full for the previously agreed upon lesson.
The value of driving lessons your driving instructor will deliver to you is equal to the monies received from you. Your driving instructor does not know when you will redeem your prepaid driving lessons and therefore can not guarantee availability for you each time you request a driving lesson on a specific date and time.
You cannot sell or transfer any prepaid lessons which have been purchased in your name to any other person.
Driving Lesson Requirements:
You must show a valid UK provisional driving licence on your initial driving lesson to your driving instructor. You must be in possession of your provisional driving licence in all driving lessons, or be able to provide your provisional driving licence to the police within 7 days if they request it and you are not in possession of it.
On your initial driving lesson your driving instructor will check your eyesight using the method that examiners use on the UK practical driving tests. You will need to be able to read a car number plate from 20 metres away correctly in order to pass the eye test. If you fail the eye test your driving instructor reserves the right to cancel all lessons that are prebooked and you will be fully refunded for all lessons that have been paid for but not yet completed.
If you are legally required to wear eyeglasses when driving you must wear eyeglasses when driving in all your driving lessons. If you do not have your eyeglasses in a driving lesson your instructor reserves the right to cancel that driving lesson and you may be charged in full.
You must inform your driving instructor or any changes to your health that will effect your ability to driver a vehicle.
Driving Lesson Refunds:
You are entitled to a full refund for any prepaid driving lessons providing the lessons has not yet been competed and does not breach our terms and conditions. If you prepaid for a block lesson package you will be refunded for the remainder of hours not yet completed minus the total sum of the discounted rate.
Any refund for prepaid lessons will be made back to the account from which the lessons were paid from. If for any reason that account has become invalid, your driving instructor reserves the right to verify the identify of the person requesting the refund, and seek verification of the validity of the bank account details provided.
All refunds will be competed within 24 hours providing no additional security checks are needed.
